Fiona Hansen is a multidisciplinary theatre artist from Groveport, Ohio who is currently based in Brooklyn, NY. Their expertise spans writing, publishing, theatre tech, acting, and directing. They most recently worked on the devised MAP grant-recipient piece Portal Project with Flux Theatre Ensemble and helped co-found the international theatre festival Our New Gold in 2021 as a writer and actor.
In 2021, they worked at Folio Literary Agency as an intern for literary agent Jan Baumer, proofreading submissions for nonfiction manuscripts and doing market research.
In 2023, they joined the technical team at nonprofit theatre Dixon Place, and they worked in a technical capacity at the NYC Fringe Festival for multiple years.
They also serve on the Second Circle board of Flux Theatre Ensemble, with which they have worked since 2021.
